The exhibition “Ultramareal” is an expansion of the intertidal zone, that strip of land between high and low tide where complex networks of ecological relationships proliferate along the coast of the central littoral. This space brings together various involved elements that articulate a rich ecosystem, such as the wave crashing against the rock that fosters the growth of “cochayuyo” seaweed. “Ultramareal” represents an accelerated intertidal zone expanded into a speculative and symbiotic future at Galería Gabriela Mistral until August 16th.
