About

Daily Lazy was founded in Athens, Greece, in 2011 and operates as an art collective and independently run blog guided by a “Do It With Others” ethos. With a distinct focus on artists and their practices, it functions as an alternative online platform dedicated to presenting new art worldwide through exhibitions, artworks, texts, interviews, and studio documentation.

Editors from diverse backgrounds ensure that Daily Lazy’s curatorial scope encompasses a broad spectrum of contemporary art, ranging from intimate artist-run spaces to established galleries and museums. This inclusive approach positions Daily Lazy as an open and accessible online repository, welcoming contributions from across the international art community.

In addition to its core publishing activities, Daily Lazy curates and organizes independent projects and exhibitions on an irregular basis in venues across different cities. Previous collaborations include Liste, Art Genève, Kunstraum am Schauplatz, Kunstpunkt, Neuer Essener Kunstverein, Parallel Vienna, Kunsthalle Athena, Can Christina Androulidaki Gallery, Art Athina  and the Athens Biennale. Daily Lazy also operated the project space Daily Lazy Projects in Athens from 2017 to 2019 (sponsor cafe efimerida)
